An Hour to Yourself
This 60 minute session length is great for a relaxing full body massage OR a targeted condition specific treatment for 1-2 specific areas of the body.

Renew and Reset
This 90 minute session is the most spacious time for a massage! Perfect for a full body reset. Full body massage plus focusing on all of your trouble areas.

Complete Meltdown
Your stress will be melted away with long, repetitve flowing strokes and specific therapeutic work on all trouble areas.

Burnout Buster
Burnout Buster is where pampering meets necessity! Power down and recharge during this 90 minute full body massage that includes a hot towel treatment for your back and feet, the use of essential oil infused jojoba oil, gentle stretching and a peppermint scalp massage. You will leave feeling renewed!

Mom’s Moment of Bliss
Celebrating the feminine - MOM! A relaxing 90 - minute Swedish Massage. Expansive time to unwind with aromatherapy, sound healing with Tibetan Singing Bowl and an exclusive vanilla/orange sugar foot scrub! Mom will leave relaxed, rejuvenated, at peace.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is an incredible addition to your prenatal care. It is safe and encouraged at any stage of pregnancy as it reduces the aches and pains of pregnancy, improves your sleep quality and prepares you for labor. Cozy pillows and bolsters will make laying on your side comfortable and take the pressure off of your growing belly.
I recommend that your prenatal massage appointments coincide with your doctor visits. This means once a month until 27 weeks, and twice a month until 36 weeks. Then weekly until your precious baby is earth-side!
